AED's Center for Applied Behavioral & Evaluation Research (CABER) specializes in applying the theories and methods of the behavioral and social sciences to the design and evaluation of effective programs, services, and policies. Our utilization-based approach aims to provide our clients with results that lead to practical solutions to their every day challenges. CABER staff design and conduct sponsored research studies, evaluate domestic and international programs and services, and provide technical support to public and private agencies.
